I started my technology journey learning MS-DOS to play games on my family’s 386 at the age of 9. My dad powered up the PC, showed us how to change directories and run an executable, then turned off the machine.

I served 14 years as an IT manager with a distribution company, handling a wide range of technologies in several verticals. During that time, I was also an IBMi and HP3000 administrator working on an ERP migration. I enjoy researching new software, maximizing the efficacy of existing tools, and finding ways to improve processes.

At home, I’ve been blessed with a lovely wife and two beautiful girls. We own a small hobby farm with a golden retriever, 2 cats and a horse. I enjoy rolling up my sleeves to fix things around the property.

My personal interests include architecture, board games, cooking, competitive shooting, drawing, guitar, Lego, photography and video games.

Matt Pawlikowski

Owner

I started my career at my family’s business, American Logistics Services, in 2008. Over the course of my time at ALS, I developed a strong organizational foundation and a client-focused support mindset through a variety of roles.

Since moving to our hobby farm several years ago, I have run a small equine boarding facility on our property. This has provided me with additional business experience to complement my logistics background.

I’m excited to translate my skills and experience, while continuing to learn new things, to help Matt continue to grow Pawlikowski Consulting going forward!

My personal interests include scrapbooking, arts/crafts, board games, horses, and spending time with my daughters and husband.
